Freyjadour Falenas

This painting took one week. I didn't use photo ref for this one, instead the ref I used were paintings of the Great Renaissance masters(paintings of Napoleon were particularly informative). I wanted to capture a bit of the feel of royal court paintings. Single layer in Painter IX, opaque round Oil brush. Touchups and background texturing in Photoshop 5.5

Mauser Kino

Kino again, Mignola style. This took much longer than expected. X__X Did two colour versions, painted abd flats. I still like both and can't decide which one is my favourite. Agh.
